General
Bring the car in or describe it on WhatsApp. A hum or click when you press the switch usually means the motor or regulator. Silence often points to the switch, a fuse or wiring. We test before we sell you anything.
Both. We carry tested ex-Japan parts that cost less, and new parts for popular models. We tell you which you're getting before you pay.
Yes. Our fitting is covered, and parts come with a short warranty. Ask us for the exact period for your part.
Yes. M-Pesa and cash are both accepted.
Yes. We send parts by rider within Nairobi and by courier to other towns in Kenya. Call us to arrange it.

Side Mirrors
Yes. If the housing is fine, we replace only the glass, which costs much less than a full mirror.
We stock common factory colours. If we don't have yours, we can spray the cover to match.
Power Window Motors & Regulators
Usually about an hour per door, including testing.
Yes. That's usually a broken regulator or clip. We refit the glass and replace what broke.
Window Switches
The other door switches may be faulty, or the window lock button may be on. We'll test both.
