Pick up from our shop
Collect your part from our shop in Roysambu, Nairobi during opening hours (Mon – Sat, 8:00am – 6:30pm). Pick-up is free. Call or WhatsApp us before you come so we can have the part ready, and add fitting if you'd like us to fit it while you wait (most side mirrors take 30–45 minutes).
Rider delivery in Nairobi
We deliver by motorbike rider across Nairobi and nearby areas, usually the same day for orders confirmed in the morning. The delivery fee depends on the area and is shown at checkout or confirmed on WhatsApp. The rider will call you on arrival, so please keep your phone on.
Delivery to the rest of Kenya
We send parts by courier or bus parcel service to towns across Kenya, including Mombasa, Kisumu, Nakuru, Eldoret, Thika, Nyeri, Machakos and Kisii. Most parcels arrive in 1–2 working days. We pack mirrors carefully so the glass and housing arrive safely, and we send you the tracking or waybill number by SMS or WhatsApp.
Delivery fees
Fees depend on the delivery option and your location. You'll always see or hear the fee before you confirm your order. There are no hidden charges.
Paying for delivered parts
Within Nairobi you can pay the rider by M-Pesa or cash when the part arrives. For courier orders outside Nairobi, we'll agree payment with you on WhatsApp before we send the parcel.
When your parcel arrives
- Check the part before the rider leaves, or as soon as you collect from the courier.
- If anything is damaged or doesn't match your order, contact us the same day with a photo.
- Keep the packaging until you've checked the part fits.
Need it fitted?
Bring the car to our shop for fitting, or ask a mechanic near you. If you fit it yourself, compare the plug and mounting points with your old part first. Our Warranty & Returns page explains what's covered when parts are fitted elsewhere.
